the assembly
Members gather for 4 days every June at one of the embassies to embody the community’s values. They hike together, talk about what’s next, get work done and rest.
the challenges
Members solve specific real-world problems through innovative approaches in territories we work with. Challenges run year-round, last 3 to 12 weeks and can be hybrid or fully remote.

Members use workspaces opened by Liminal in territories where the impact of our community is most felt. The spaces host challenges, remote-working members, and events with local communities.

The inaugural edition of the assembly will take place in Monti Prenestini, where we will launch embassy 01 and gather the entire community irl for the first time

Current member backgrounds include architecture, planning, computer science, humanitarian aid, music, policy, landscape architecture, and more

Liminal member receive perks for activities on the ground according to the level of funding that each challenge counts on. These may be Italy-wide rail transportation, local transportation, tools, lodging and meals.

Only an hour away from Rome, our Monti Prenestini Embassy will be inaugurated this summer at the Assembly, which will kick off a beta season of on-the-ground challenges, remote work, social hours and physical exercise.
